Can I use MatchDey without the app?

Yes, you can access MatchDey through our website to subscribe to our mailing list, read new updates, explore pitch listings, and stay informed. However, for bookings, team management, and payments, you’ll need to use the mobile app for the best experience.

How do payments work?

Four now, Payments are made directly and securely from your bank app to a secured account that will be provided for you once you are about to book.  We are also implementing Paystack, one of Africa’s leading payment processors. You can pay using debit cards, bank transfers, or mobile wallets. All transactions are encrypted, and you’ll receive a confirmation message once your payment is complete.

What happens if my transaction fails?

If a transaction fails but your money is deducted, it’s usually reversed automatically by your bank within a few hours. If not, contact [email protected] or [email protected] with your payment reference, and we’ll work with Paystack to resolve it quickly.

Is my personal and payment information safe?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and work only with trusted payment gateways like Paystack. Your personal details and card information are never stored on our servers.
